1986
In 1986, the company was founded as Jairo Sandoval Cia.
1986 – 2000
1986 – 2000 The company Jairo Sandoval Cia is consolidated, providing gastronomic solutions in the industrial sector of Mamonal in Cartagena, serving clients such as Oceanos, Conastil, Cabot, Exxon Mobil, Polyban, Zeus, Zona Franca Mamonal, among others. Where Jairo Sandoval, founder of the company, puts all his experience to work.
2001
In 2001, further along in the company's growth, significant changes were made, transforming it into “Inversiones Sandoval Hernández S.A.S.,” a company that expanded its portfolio of services to include catering for corporate events and restaurant management. It became a family business led by his wife, Gladys Hernandez, a key figure recognized for her logistic, spiritual, and emotional support in achieving proposed goals.
2002
In 2002, the brand “Novias y Eventos” was created, a subsidiary of the company that would be exclusively dedicated to handling social events.
2006
In 2006, we catered the filming of the movie “Love in the Time of Cholera.”.
2008
In 2008, we started as food and beverage operators for the “Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala” Cartagena Convention Center, serving large events in the congress and fair sector with services for up to 3,000 attendees.
2010
In 2010, we began operations at the Port of Cartagena Group, where we currently provide our food and beverage services, becoming one of our major commercial allies.
2015
In 2015, we witnessed and organized the inauguration of Puerto Bahía, where on this date we began operations in the food service.
2021
In 2021, we were selected to operate the food service at the Cartagena Refinery – Ecopetrol.
